Craig Turner

Treasurer

Craig is an executive in the supply chain industry serving food companies for over 30 years.  Craig has sat on nonprofit boards that battle against human suffering all over the world helping companies collaborate with NGO’s to create grass roots ventures in untapped areas.  

Craig has been married to Kerrie Turner for over 28 years and have three wonderful children and one beautiful granddaughter.  Together, Craig and Kerrie are small business owners of a multi store, women’s fashion boutique.  Their Christian based company serves several communities in the DFW market. 

Inspiration:  Wife and kids.  For putting up with my career travels and moving over 16 times in the past 28 years.

Favorite Quote:  “People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care” --Theodore Roosevelt

Coffee?  Love it—but only one cup a day….maybe two. 

Favorite things:  Color is blue, food is anything prepared at home, and my hobbies are anything to do with my family.

 
 
 

John Gann

President

John brings a diverse experience portfolio to the group. His perspective draws from retail sales, B2B sales, coatings technology, training & documentation, business consulting and non-profit experience. John has worked with clients, large and small, across the United States and Europe but is happy to call Fort Worth, TX home. John is happily married to Joann and has three sons, all of which you would want as your friend, and two way cool grandchildren.

 He says he "chose" to be a part of Ink because he couldn't miss out on the chance to be a part of something that is so much bigger than the things we spend our life doing. Wouldn't want to miss it.

Coffee? - Umm. No. I'm not old enough for coffee. Diet Dr Pepper is way better.

Inspiration: A million things inspire me - music, beauty (inside and out), nature and McRibs.

Krista Glover

Development Team

Krista has years of experience as an elementary and middle school educator as well as entrepreneur and small business owner.  Krista is very involved in her community and church.  This combination of experience gives her insight into what is best for the mission of Inkorporated as well as each team member.

She is married to David and they live in Keller, Texas with Madelyn, Garrett, Austin, and a rescued labradoodle named Chloe.

“I’ve always had a heart for inclusion.  I think all children and people need to feel loved and valued. I’ve never met anyone that doesn’t want to feel included and have always taught my children this as well.  You will always have a friend when you seek out those that need one.”

Inspiration:   Watching my children grow into amazing, independent, and strong human beings that I am so thankful for.  They are my best gift.

Coffee?  I have never drank coffee.  I live off of Spark, water, and sprite zero.  

Favorite color:    bubblegum pink

Favorite thing:   I love to spend time with my family, bake, and cook.

Jim Bob Leach

Secretary

Jim Bob is the organized executor of his wife’s out of this world visions.  While he in know way feels qualified to lead a non-profit with such lofty ambition, his attention to detail, love for the crazy wife, enduring persistence, and willingness to try anything has prepared him for the journey. At the end of the day, his goal is for everyone in the world to have the opportunity to know and be changed by someone like his son.

Favorite color:  Blue

Favorite thing to do:  Grill, watch soccer,  read fiction and play Imperial Assault

Coffee?  learning to make the perfect Flat White

Interesting thing about me:  My youngest son says that my beard has “100 whites”

Dana Leach

founder|Chief inclusion officer

Dana is a mother of four and an advocate, driven by a passion to change the way the world sees abilities. Because she had one of her four children in every department of their school district (from gen Ed to gifted and talented, AP and Special Ed), she has the unique perspective to know that all people have special needs and we truly are better together. She is a team builder and lover of people with a vision for a community that welcomes everyone. 

Dana is married to Jim Bob, and they live in McKinney with Jonathan, Jayna, Jessica, James Ryan and a rescued labradoodle named Abigail.

Inspiration:   My children.  Watching them persevere as they learn to navigate the world around them…WOW. 

Favorite quote:   The mighty oak was once a little nut that stood its ground. 

Coffee?   Only mine.

Favorite color:    Magenta.  Not really, but it’s so fun to say.  I like them all.

Favorite thing:   To be with with my people.  We love to grill gourmet pizzas together.

Natalie Whitlow

Development Team

Natalie Wade Whitlow grew up in small town Arkansas in a family of entrepreneurs. She was taught character and integrity define success far beyond a paycheck. She received her bachelors degree in Public Relations from Harding University.  She spent years working in public relations and communications in both higher education and the Oil and Gas industry. Since moving to Texas in 2013 Natalie began a career in Real Estate. Natalie enjoys working for Ebby Halliday Realtors where she earned the high honor of "Rookie of the Year" and was selected to speak on behalf of Collin County Association of Realtors. Natalie hopes to use her strengths in marketing, public relations, and advertising while working with Inkorporated.

Natalie says, "I love the idea of creating a positive environment that cultivates relationship, provides stability and allows growth. Scripture tells us to be a light in this dark world. I'm honored to shine brightly on behalf of Inkorporated."  

Natalie and her family live in McKinney. She enjoys sports, shopping, and spending time with her husband, Michael and sons, Tripp and Emmett.
